AI Flock vs Power Automate and Copilot Studio: what is the difference?
Power Automate automates workflows between apps that you design step by step, and Copilot Studio is for building agents that extend Microsoft Copilot. Both require you to build and maintain each workflow or agent, usually with a technical profile or a Microsoft partner. AI Flock sets up specialized agents with you that know your documents, split the work between them and learn from every correction, and it works on your Microsoft 365 with no coding.

When Power Automate or Copilot Studio is enough
If your company already has Microsoft 365 Copilot and an IT team or a partner to build and maintain workflows and agents, Power Automate and Copilot Studio fit your ecosystem and your data governance.
How they work together
Power Automate flows can keep moving data between apps and leave to AI Flock agents the work that requires reading documents and writing. AI Flock compared with Microsoft Copilot
Frequently asked questions
Is AI Flock a Copilot Studio alternative?
For building agents on top of the company’s processes without coding, yes. Copilot Studio is a tool for a maker to configure agents inside the Microsoft ecosystem, under IT governance. In AI Flock you describe the work, the onboarding proposes the specialized agents, and they learn from every correction. Both work on Microsoft 365.
Do I need Power Automate to connect AI Flock to Microsoft 365?
No. AI Flock connects directly to Outlook, calendar, To Do, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, as well as HubSpot and Holded, with no Power Automate flows and no extra Microsoft licenses.
How much does Copilot Studio cost?
Copilot Studio is paid for with Copilot Credits. For employees with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, using agents in Copilot, Teams and SharePoint is included. Otherwise there are prepaid packs (25,000 credits for $200 a month) or pay-as-you-go through Azure. What each response consumes depends on its complexity.
