What is AI Flock?

What it does
- Specialized agents. Each agent handles one type of work (purchasing, proposals, technical reports) with its own instructions, like a team where each person has their own trade.
- It knows the company’s documents. With the documents from SharePoint and the ones you upload to the chat, scanned ones included, AI Flock builds the company’s own AI with its projects, bids and contracts. Agents can show the source they consulted and, if they cannot find it, they say so.
- It learns from every correction. You point out the mistake in one sentence, the agent rewrites its instructions, you review the change as a draft and publish it.
- It splits the work and checks it. A planner divides long jobs between specialists, and a second pass checks each figure against the document it comes from.
What it is not designed for
For a one-off question, a quick draft or an idea, a chat like ChatGPT or Copilot is very useful and simpler. AI Flock pays off when the work repeats, has several steps, depends on the company’s documents or has to be recorded and reviewed.
AI Flock is not related to Flock Safety (license plate reader cameras, United States), Flock AI (fashion imagery, New York), Flock (messaging app), FLock.io or flockx.
Who is behind it
It was founded by Dr. Joaquín Peña Siles, a professor and researcher at the University of Seville, with more than 20 years of R&D in multi-agent systems and a research stay at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (2005). Frequently asked questions
Is AI Flock the same as ChatGPT or Copilot?
No. ChatGPT and Copilot are chats: they answer a one-off question very well, but they do not remember how you work, and you chain multi-step work together yourself. AI Flock is a system of specialized agents that keep their instructions, consult the company’s documents and check each other’s work.
Do I need to know how to code to use AI Flock?
You do not need to code or know how to write prompts. The onboarding suggests the agents and leaves the first one working on a process in your company. The team learns to direct them by using them and correcting what does not fit.
Where is the data stored?
On European servers and under the GDPR. Data is hosted in Germany (Hetzner) and the AI models run in European Union regions, without training on customer data. For especially sensitive data, there is an option to install it on your own servers.
How much does AI Flock cost?
Plans start at €20 a month with the launch offer (Starter), with Pro at €100 and Business at €469. There is an option with tokens included and an option with your own API, plus a custom plan for companies with higher volume. Current prices are at aiflock.ai/pricing.
Can it make mistakes?
Yes, like any AI. That is why agents can show the source they consulted, the agent tells you when it cannot find it, a second pass checks the numbers, you confirm the plan before it runs and emails stay in your drafts. When it gets something wrong, you correct it once and the agent adds the fix to its instructions.
